1. Purpose and Scope

This Global Anti-Spam Policy (“Policy”) governs all activities involving the creation, sending, management, or procurement of Commercial Electronic Messages (“CEMs”) by or on behalf of Ideal Incomes (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).
This Policy applies globally to all users, partners, affiliates, contractors, employees, and service providers.

2. Key Definitions

2.1 Commercial Electronic Message (“CEM”)

A CEM is any electronic message—regardless of medium (e.g., email, SMS/MMS, instant messaging, social messaging platforms, push notifications)—that has as one of its purposes the encouragement of participation in a commercial activity, including but not limited to promotion of products, services, events, affiliate offers, digital programs, or business opportunities from Ideal Incomes.

2.2 Consent

“Consent” means a verifiable, freely given, informed, and unambiguous agreement to receive CEMs.
Consent may be:

  • Express Consent (Required):

    • The subscriber takes a clear affirmative action (e.g., ticking an unchecked box, completing a sign-up form, entering an email address into an opt-in field, or confirming via double opt-in).

    • Consent must specify who we are, the purpose of communication, and include a link to this Policy.

    • Ideal Incomes requires express opt-in consent globally for all CEMs.

  • Withdrawal of Consent (Unsubscribe Request):

    • The individual indicates, via any valid mechanism, their desire to stop receiving CEMs.

No pre-checked boxes, implied consent, or purchased lists are permitted under this Policy.

2.3 Unsubscribe Request

An “Unsubscribe Request” is any request—submitted via an unsubscribe link, email, reply text, or other means—to stop receiving CEMs.
Requests must be easy to complete, free of charge, and must not require additional information beyond the subscriber’s electronic address.

3. Permitted CEMs

You may send CEMs only when all requirements below are met:

  1. Express opt-in consent has been provided.

  2. Clear identification of Ideal Incomes as the sender.

  3. Accurate header/routing information including:

    • valid “From” address,

    • correct subject line that is not misleading or deceptive,

    • accurate reply-to details.

  4. Functioning and conspicuous unsubscribe mechanism included in every CEM.

  5. All applicable laws in the recipient’s jurisdiction are followed.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Sending CEMs without express opt-in consent.

  • Using harvested, purchased, scraped, borrowed, rented, co-registration, or third-party lists.

  • Misleading or deceptive subject lines, headers, routing, or domain information.

  • Obscuring sender identity or disguising message origin.

  • Sending messages after an Unsubscribe Request has been received.

  • Using bots or automated scripts to generate sign-ups without proper consent.

5. Unsubscribe Requirements

We will:

  • Include a clear, functioning unsubscribe method in all CEMs.

  • Process all Unsubscribe Requests within five (5) business days of receipt.

  • Maintain the unsubscribed address on a permanent suppression list, ensuring no future CEMs are sent unless the individual provides new express consent.

  • Not charge a fee, require logging into an account, or demand any additional data beyond the email address needing removal.

6. Record-Keeping and Audit Trails

Ideal Incomes will maintain complete and accurate records for all CEM-related activities, including:

  • Date, time, source, and method of obtaining consent.

  • IP addresses, user-agent data, and form submission logs.

  • Content of consent disclosures presented at sign-up.

  • Copies of CEM templates and campaigns.

  • Records of unsubscribe and suppression data.

  • Email delivery logs, complaint records, and compliance investigations.

Records will be retained for no less than seven (7) years or longer where required by applicable laws.

The Company may conduct periodic internal and third-party audits to ensure ongoing compliance.

7. Third-Party and Affiliate Mailings

  • Any third party, affiliate, or partner promoting Ideal Incomes must comply with this Policy and all applicable laws.

  • Ideal Incomes does not authorize spam activities by third parties and disclaims all liability for any independent actions taken by such parties.

  • We reserve the right to terminate relationships with any affiliate, service provider, or partner found violating this Policy.

8. Reporting Violations

Suspected violations should be reported to support@idealpassiveincomes.com with full details, including the message received, date/time, and sender information.
We will investigate all legitimate reports promptly and take appropriate corrective actions.

9. Enforcement

Violations of this Policy may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of accounts or affiliate privileges

  • Reporting to relevant authorities

  • Civil or criminal liability under applicable laws

  • Legal action to recover damages arising from policy breaches

11. Severability

12. Choice of Law

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
